Camera Trade-In Policy

1. How to Submit a Sell Order

If you would like to sell or trade in a digital camera or camera accessory, you can submit a Sell Order through the Sell section of the ClickZone website at clickzone.in.

The cash quote provided for your camera remains valid for 15 days from the date of quotation. Your item must reach ClickZone within this period to remain eligible for the quoted value.

2. Eligibility & Condition

ClickZone accepts working and complete cameras and eligible camera accessories for trade-in.

Items with physical damage, missing components, or functionality issues may receive a revised trade-in value based on their actual condition.

Non-working items may be returned to the sender. If you do not want a non-functional item returned, you may choose to have it safely recycled.

3. Inspection, Testing & Final Value

Every camera and accessory received for trade-in is carefully inspected and tested after arrival to check its functionality, condition, and completeness.

Following the inspection, the final trade-in amount may be different from the initial quotation if any issue or discrepancy is found. Customers will be informed if the final value needs to be adjusted.

4. Return of Items

Items that do not meet the requirements for trade-in will be eligible for return.

Unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon, the sender will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the rejected item.

5. Trade-In Restrictions

Only one unit of the same camera model or identical item per customer or household may be submitted for trade-in.

Camera trade-in orders are accepted only from within India.

6. Shipping & Transit Responsibility

Customers should use suitable protective packaging and a tracked shipping service when sending cameras or accessories to ClickZone.

ClickZone is not responsible for loss or damage that occurs while an item is in transit to us. However, when necessary, we can assist by providing relevant information or documentation for a courier claim.
