3. Pre-Owned Items
A significant part of our inventory consists of pre-owned or previously used products. Because of their used condition, products may have minor cosmetic signs such as scratches, small marks, dents, or fading. Every product is checked and tested before it is dispatched to ensure that it is functioning as described.4. Product Information & Condition
The photographs, specifications, and descriptions displayed on our website are intended to provide customers with product information and condition details. Minor cosmetic imperfections are not considered a reason for replacement unless they affect the proper functionality of the product and fall within the conditions stated in our Refund & Returns Policy.5. Product Prices & Payment
Unless specifically mentioned otherwise, all prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR). Orders must be paid for before they can be dispatched. ClickZone reserves the right to cancel an order if payment is not completed or if the ordered product is no longer available.6. Order Processing & Shipping

Any delivery period shown on the website is an estimated timeframe and may change due to courier delays or other circumstances.7. Cancellation of Orders
7.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch
Customers requesting cancellation before their order has been dispatched will receive a refund of the amount paid through the original payment method, subject to the applicable policy.7.2 Cancellation After Dispatch
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests are generally not accepted. In exceptional cases where cancellation is approved, applicable shipping and courier expenses may be deducted from the refundable amount.7.3 Orders Paid by Deposit
- If an order was placed using a deposit and the customer cancels it, the deposited amount will not be refundable.
- For orders where the complete payment has been made, applicable shipping charges may be deducted and the remaining amount may be refunded if cancellation is still possible.
8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds
All requests relating to returns, replacements, or refunds will be handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy. If there is any difference between these Terms & Conditions and the Refund & Returns Policy regarding returns or refunds, the Refund & Returns Policy will take precedence.9. Product Warranty
Where applicable, products may include a limited functionality warranty as specified on the individual product page. The warranty does not cover normal cosmetic wear, accidental or physical damage, liquid or water damage, or damage caused by unauthorized repair or modification.10. Customer Obligations
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, PIN code, and valid contact number.
- Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous video while opening the package at the time of delivery to assist with resolving any delivery-related or product-related issue.
- Customers should not open, modify, repair, or tamper with a product without authorization, as doing so may affect replacement or warranty eligibility.
