1. Shipping & Courier Services

At ClickZone, we work with established courier companies across India to help ensure that customer orders are delivered safely and within the expected timeframe.

2. Processing & Dispatch Schedule

Orders received before 11:30 AM IST on a business day are generally processed and dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 11:30 AM IST will be processed for dispatch on the next business day.

3. Expected Delivery Period

After an order has been dispatched, the usual estimated delivery period is 4 to 5 business days.

Courier deliveries may take place from Monday to Sunday, depending on the availability and delivery schedule of the courier service in the customer's location.

Please be aware that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including adverse weather, public holidays, operational disruptions, or delays within the courier network.
