At ClickZone, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 7-day return and replacement policy. You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return, replacement, or refund if the product has a functional defect, is damaged in transit, or does not match the product description.
2. Eligibility Conditions for Returns
The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.
The item must be returned in the same condition as received, along with all included accessories (battery, charger, cables, lens, etc.) and packaging.
The product serial number and security seal must remain intact and untampered.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return or replacement, simply contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and brief details of the issue:
Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item: ClickZone will arrange a reverse courier pickup at zero cost to the customer (Free Return Shipping).
If reverse pickup is not serviceable at your PIN code, you may ship the product back to our Bhiwandi address via a trackable courier, and we will reimburse the shipping charges.
Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees (₹0 restocking fee).
5. Refund Process & Timeline
Once the returned product reaches our facility, it undergoes a standard inspection within 24 to 48 hours. Upon approval:
A 100% full refund is initiated within 3 to 5 business days.
For prepaid orders, the refund is credited directly to your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card).
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund is transferred via UPI or NEFT bank transfer to the bank details provided by the customer.
